Charles Raulerson Jr.

Charles leads the academy with a wealth of experience both on the course and in the industry. As a former PGA TOUR player, he brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to compete at the highest level. His coaching style blends technical clarity with practical course strategy, helping golfers of all ages build a strong, repeatable game.

With a relaxed, personable approach, Charles focuses on making players feel confident and comfortable, whether they’re taking their first swing or preparing for tournament play. 

Jarred Garcia

Jarred brings a modern, player-focused teaching perspective shaped by his time competing on the Korn Ferry Tour and PGA TOUR Americas. His coaching method emphasizes efficiency, athletic movement, and building a swing that works with a player’s natural tendencies — not against them.

Passionate about development at every level, Jarred works with juniors, active competitors, and recreational golfers who want to take meaningful steps forward. His upbeat style keeps learning enjoyable while still rooted in real performance improvement.

Ronnie McCann

Ronnie offers a rare combination of playing and inside-the-ropes experience. As both a former PGA TOUR player and TOUR caddie, he brings a deep understanding of course management, mental performance, and shotmaking clarity.

Ronnie’s teaching style is patient, friendly, and grounded in helping players simplify the game. He loves working with golfers who want to elevate their on-course decision-making as much as their swing mechanics.
